I was researching an upcoming blog post about superfoods and came across this book that I thought many of you would be interested in. It explains the benefits of superfoods from A-Z and gives suggestions on how to get your kids to eat them. It also has a easy recipe for each food that will make it easy for you to add into your diet (if you don’t already eat that food).
