My family loves snack crackers but I hate all of the added ingredients that are in them. Seriously, have you read the ingredients in Wheat Thins or Cheez Its? I don’t even know what some of those ingredients are! So here is a simple and healthy solution to your snack cracker needs!
Parmesan Snack Crackers
- extra virgin olive oil
- 25 wonton wrappers (about 1/2 of a standard package)
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, finely shredded
- 1/2 cup parsley, finely chopped
Cut the square wonton wrappers diagonally to form 2 triangles. Lay the pieces out in a single layer on a baking sheet. Lightly brush with olive oil. Sprinkle cheese and parsley on top. Bake at 375 degrees for about 8 minutes or until wontons are brown and crispy. Be sure to watch them closely to avoid quickly burning (trust me on this one). Allow to cool for a couple minutes and enjoy!
