My name is April Mims and I am an AFPA Certified Health and Wellness Consultant and CTA Certified Life Coach. I am also a busy wife, mother and marathoner committed to feeding my family healthy, unprocessed foods that will support our nutritional needs and give us the energy we need to handle our active lives. My nutritional philosophy is to prepare foods that are quick and easy to make and as close to nature as possible. I have experimented with many different healthy foods and discovered simple ways to prepare them in ways that your family will love. My desire is to help other families make better food choices that will keep them healthy.
