Chocolate Chia Pudding

I’ve been reading a lot about the incredible benefits of chia seeds.  I was just amazed at how versatile these little seeds are!  There are so many different ways to use them.  This pudding is so simple and packed with nutrients!  Some people aren’t crazy about the texture of the seeds so you could put this in the blender for a smoother texture.

Chocolate Chia Pudding

Ingredients:

1 cup chocolate almond milk

3 tablespoons chia seeds

1 teaspoon unsweetened shredded coconut

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow seeds time to expand.  Top with a few blueberries for an extra antioxidant boost.

  4. Have you tried it with chocolate protein powder and almond milk?? I made a fruit greek yogurt with the chia seeds that is delicious.

  5. I had this on my pinterest board and was just notified by pinterest via email that my pin was removed as a result of a copyright complaint.

    • Yes, I reported it to Pinterest so they took down all of the pins. Someone used my picture and posted the recipe without giving proper credit. I guess they had to take down all the pins. It should be fine to pin it again. Thanks so much for pinning it!
